Allergies and intolerances IMPORTANT : Please note that as all our dishes are produced in our one kitchen, it is not possible to completely guarantee against cross contamination of ingredients (however careful we have been) – therefore if you (or anyone in your party) has any food intolerance/allergy, please advise us at the time of booking. If you haven’t booked in advanced and advised us, please inform us of your needs at the time of arrival or when ordering.] Substitution We reserve the right to substitute the listed individual ingredients in dishes in response to seasonal unavailability , supplier shortfalls or any other reason. Information submitted via the Frenchs’ web site will not be passed on to any other organisation. We believe if you consider it's private, then it's private. For guestbook entries we may publish your initials and home town and the other information you have provided to us.
